These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the Bagee online betting platform ("Bagee", "we", "us") and its users ("member", "you"). By using Bagee's website, app, or any of its services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

Bagee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will post a notice on the website and the "Last Updated" date will change. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

To open an account with Bagee, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. Failure to comply may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds at any time.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. A government-issued ID may be requested as proof of age.
• Single Account: Each individual may open only one account. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone.
• Contact Information: A valid mobile number and email address must be provided.

Bagee may request a National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification when required. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Bagee supports all popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly; if there is any delay, please contact support.
• There are no additional charges on deposits.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the one used for the deposit.
• Members who have completed KYC verification typically receive their payment within 15 minutes.
• Bagee may take up to 24 hours to process a withdrawal when required.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.

Bagee regularly runs a variety of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms. This section outlines our general bonus policy.

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive a bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit. This bonus applies once only.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A wagering requirement (typically 10–30x) must be met first.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set validity period, typically 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or categories.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is suspected, Bagee reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Multiple Accounts: If a single individual claims bonuses through multiple accounts, all bonuses will be voided.

All betting activity on Bagee follows the core principles outlined below. Members should familiarize themselves with these rules before placing any bets.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds Changes: Odds on live matches may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Technical Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, Bagee reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Maximum Win Limit: Maximum winnings on a single bet may be capped, and limits vary by game and category.
• Suspicious Betting: If a bet is suspected to involve match fixing or any other unfair means, Bagee reserves the right to void the bet and withhold payment.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bagee platform. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure, and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

• Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated system.
• Account hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime.
• Opening multiple accounts to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or inside information.
• Using Bagee for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Sending any malicious code or viruses to Bagee's systems or networks.
• Betting on behalf of third parties or as part of a professional syndicate.

Bagee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account under any of the following circumstances:

• For violating these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).
• For self-exclusion requests under our Responsible Gaming policy.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, Bagee will endeavor to return it — however, this does not apply in cases involving prohibited activity. Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.

Bagee is committed to maintaining the highest standard of service. However, Bagee accepts no liability for the following:

• If a transaction fails due to an internet disconnection or technical issue.
• If a delay occurs due to an error on the part of a third-party payment service provider.
• If account credentials are exposed due to the member's own negligence.
• If services are disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.
• Financial losses arising from gaming – betting always carries risk.

Under any circumstances, Bagee's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.

• An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.
• A final decision on complex matters will be communicated within 30 days.
• If a member is unsatisfied with Bagee's decision, they are free to pursue legal remedies independently.
• Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
